Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FutureNow, we want clients to feel confident in our services. However, because we invest significant time and resources in setup, refunds are limited.

Subscription Fees:

Non-refundable once services are delivered and access granted.

Setup Fees:

Non-refundable, as these cover labor and technical integration already performed.

Exceptional Refunds:

May be granted only in cases of proven technical failure where services could not be delivered despite proper setup.

Cancellation:

You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused service periods. This policy balances fairness to clients while protecting FutureNow from misuse.
